Root Chakra

The root chakra is located is located at the perineum.  Emotionally it is linked to feelings of blame and accountability.  Physically, this chakra is related to our energy level, adrenals, legs bones and colon.  When this chakra is balanced we will have good energy and health and feel safe and secure in our environment.  The Root Chakra is linked to survival.

Symptoms of an Extreme Root Chakra:

- overeating
-oversleeping
-sluggishness
-constipation
-slow moving
